Because of differences between signed-in and signed-out states, the traditional "org chart" site map structure didn't apply. Instead, the diagram is split into two nodal maps:

signed-out state more hierarchical marketing site; primary goal to drive users to sign up / sign in.
signed-in state less "formal" structure; focus on data flow based on accounts and transactions.
